If you've a dynamic site, it's not going to be too hard, surely.
In your backend system, have everything marked up in XML. Then have your app
server/delivery system of whatever variety render that content into a
language the
user agent understands. This may be HTML, may be XML/XSL, may be WML,
may be stuff for braille readers, may be HTML for specific agents (NN4, IE3,
AvantGo etc).
