I think this could be a wonderful idea but I very much doubt that it is
their intention, not cost effective. I come across a similar situation every
time I go out with my fiancée because she is in a wheelchair. Most large
venues provide special areas for disabled people, that is, a chair with a
wheelchair space next to it. There is no reason why this stadium could not
create a special area for blind/deaf people and implement what you have
suggested. Why not e-mail them and suggest it as an idea?
