Two main ways ... you can get a DBA ("Doing Business As") or incorporate.
You have to register with the Secretary of State for your state ...
I'd recommend having an accountant do it for you as (at least in MN
and I imagine most other states) there's quite a bit of paperwork and
tons of stuff you'd have to read to figure out what the best way to
do it - given the amount of money the company will bring in, how much
of that will be your salary, etc (if you have a good accountant and
aren't already incorporated, your taxes will be super low for a while
as you can chalk up the money you pay yourself for reimbursement for
prior expenses that have come out of your pocket).
