What has to burn in? It's software. If you've actually built the
computer right before, then yeah, a burn-in is in order for the
motherboard and such, but that should be done *whay* in advance of
installing any software on it. A full shutdown+restart after you've
finished installing everything is enough (gets a clean backup of the
registry). The only thing I can think of is that he has a history of
botched installs....
laugh at him, but do it nicely....
