[thelist] Apache default file for folder

If you're using a recent version of apache, you should see a line like
this in your httpd.conf file:
<IfModule mod_dir.c>
DirectoryIndex index.html
</IfModule>
Simply add whatever filename you want to show up as the default and
restart apache :)
