Indeed: it doesn't here, either. Maybe it's a WinXP thing?
But as another option, you can use WinKey (http://www.copernic.com/winkey/),
to assign the Windows-L combination to the command
c:\winnt\system32\rundll32.exe
with the parameters:
user32.dll,LockWorkStation
And it should work a treat!
