[thelist] Save As dialog

this works fine, but on clicking "open" button on the save as dialog box, it
doesn't open the file.
this is how my download file looks like:

the requested template would need to issue a header/mime-type that was
unrecognizable to the browser. here's a combination of tags that i use to
get the job done:
<cfheader
name="Content-Disposition"
value="attachment; filename=foo.jpg">
<cfcontent
file="F:/inetpub/wwwroot/foo.jpg"
type="application/x-unknown">
<cfabort>
