Two things:
1. PHP is case sensitive so $_POST != $_post
2. PHP requires that a variable have a $ in front of it.
> strfname = $_post['fname'];
> strlname = $_post['lname'];
> strcoinst = $_post['coinst'];
etc.
should be
$strfname = $_post['fname'];
$strlname = $_post['lname'];
$strcoinst = $_post['coinst'];
