Hi Flavia,
Give this a shot:
1. Shutdown Apache.
2. Go into ZoneAlarm, Choose Program Control > Programs - there should be an
entry for Apache Server - if you select it and delete it altogether, you
should be prompter to allow it to do it's thing when you restart it.
3. Restart Apache.
