The share a codebase and a lot of infrastructure (see below), so using
Safari/Windows should provide virtually the same experiences as using
Safari/Mac.

I haven't used Konqueror on Windows, but note that Safari brings over
Apple's font renderer (and probably quite a bit more) as well.
