Uh, "insert software of your choice"?? Are you saying *any* software is
a CMS? We are all Elvis, and Elvis is in all of us? Interesting worldview.

The Wordpress web site, under 'Features', mentions nothing but blogging.
OTOH, Drupal's site /refers/ to it as a CMS, but I've never used it, so can't
comment on that claim.
