I tend to write "sitemap" and either "website" or "Web site" (or
sometimes even "World Wide Web site") depending on the emphasis needed.
If I'm talking about something hopelessly broken with regards to the Web
at large (e.g. a site which breaks without VBScript capability rendering
it useless on anything besides IE), then it's usually just "site" (no
"web"), sometimes something like "IE site".
For the others: I tend to write "e-mail" and "internet", capitalizing
the latter in certain specific situations where emphasis is needed.
