Hi Madhu
I use a fair amount of fresh chilli's in the dish, does the paste make that
much difference?
I cook most of my curry's from an excellent cookbook written by an Indian.
I'll have to type some out to see what you think of them, she's claims
they're authenticate but I'd be interested in your opinion.
Now I really have to stop thinking/writing about food and get on with some
work.
