To reverse into the IP number just do the following:

Take the number 3518332311
convert it to HEX D1B57D97
Break out the octals and convert back to DEC
Octal 1    D1    = 209
Octal 2    B5    = 181
Octal 3    7D    = 125
Octal 4    97    = 151
