NN4.08/win95/640x480-1024x768
constant horizontal scrollbar very unnerving... makes me feel like
there's always something missing i have to scroll to see... also
makes me assume you screwed up, despite the need to keep the
filmstrip across the top...
i'd say just set the film strip table to 100% and suck up the
minimal lack of edge touching...
the links outside of the table look a little odd on plain blue
background that fits *exactly* the size of the word... seems to me
that the legibility issue on the stripes was missed in planning,
and this was a hack attempt at fixing it...
that background blue is pretty bright... makes it hard to read...
the leading on the text is good, helps counteract the vibration of
text the blue background causes...
i like the 'elemental' image... depth achieved without a silly
drop shadow...
'Members' pseudopod looks a little cramped... don't see how it
fits into the overall design since it's such a departure from the
shapes in the font, the filmstrip, the edges, or anything else...
howzabout a vertical strip of text in a less-pronounced 'tab' on
the side?
in NN3, table borders go very away... i'm sure you know this...
in NN3, visited link colors make text very hard to see...
without the filmstrip for users of NN3, it seems to hang too far
from the top of the screen...
