Yeah it's a pest. Trouble is that I'm deep within a perl statement
at that point, so I'm having problems with inverted commas:

	$html .= qq|$css_class$target 
onMouseOver="self.status='$links[$i]{'title'}'; this._tip = 
'$links[$i]{'title'}'; return true" |;  #[Mmm! Multi-dimensional arrays!]

Theories better than not apostrophising the info appreciated.

Yeah, I'm hoping to get the font resizing going, so the few PC users
with big Chicago are fine.

It does now. I've also upgraded the links CGI such that I can
comment out lines in the data file, ready for when new
sections come online.
