[thelist] finding ip address

We're trying to find the ip address of the server we are dialing into
using pcAnywhere. The server uses IIS and we need to transfer and edit
files extensively so we'd like to use other utilities to dial in. I
called a friend and asked how we could get to the C drive on the box and
he said to just look under MMC which we need to try. I also remember
someone here on the list mentioning a utility Windows has that allows you
to look at the ip address of the machine you're communicating with. Any
help in figuring this basic prob out would be appreciated.
