the AOL browser is based on Internet Explorer, depending on
which version of AOL you are using...
the reason it isn't in the archive is two-fold:
1. since it's based on IE, we have a pretty good idea of how the
*browser* will render things... the *service* is a different story, and
accounts for the image compression and other stuff that mikes
nice site look like ass...
2. to date, i have found no way to extract *just* the browser from
the AOL install... otherwise, one would have to install AOL, and
sign up for the service, to test... given some past experience with
AOL for testing, which required my cancellation of a credit card to
make them stop billing me, this is not a very nice option for me, or
many others...
otherwise, have you tried the AOL webmaster resource?
