A good tool is the ancient Mosaic 2 browser. It has a function Auto Surf
that does exactly this. When you start the Auto Surf at a certain page, it
goes through all the links and requests all pages. It produces a page with
the search results.

Downside is that Mosaic 2 can't handle virtual IP addresses (when several
sites share one IP address), so you'll have to check the links that Mosaic
reports as broken by hand.

I think at browser.evolt.org there is a Mosaic 2.
