Remember that there's a difference between consensual and coercive
relationships. If you require something from someone if they wish to access
your site, then that's different than someone with the power of legal
violence requiring everyone to act a certain way.

One relies upon the enticement of a free trade. The other relies upon the
threat of legal violence. Is the relationship consensual, or is it
coercive?
