"My car isn't running right, can you take a look?"

Okay, I know we're a place to come for help, but Minh, can you be specific?
We (list members) have no idea what context the page is meant for, so we
have no idea what "weird numbers" are.

have you tried sticking in alert(somevalue); here and there to see what's
going on?

do you have IE5? You can go get MS's script debugger
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/scripting) and have IE launch it when you hit the
function (View/Script Debugger->Break at next statement)

Netscape has a debugger as well, though I didn't have much luck using it (I
only played with it for like 10 minutes)

and I can't speak for the others, but I view being on this list partially as
a "help you help you" scenario. No, I'm not going to do your homework, but I
will point you down the right road or share my experience (or ramble on and
on about InterDev). But you gotta have at least tried to work out the
solution. KnowwhatImean?

Have I stopped helping and started soapboxing?

Give a man a fish, and he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish and he'll sit
in a boat and drink all day.
