I've used Data Junction (way back when). They should have a batch
converter.

I've just found sometimes the best way is to write your own apps.
Especially when moving between Database types. You could write a very
simple Delphi App (hell even ASP or Perl) that reads the Paradox Tables
and dumps them in to the Oracle Tables.
