I'm probably the most out of sync: GMT+1300  ;)

But then on top of that I stay up all sorts of weird hours so seem to be 
here when everyone else is anyway.

<tip type="Troubleshooting Perl on win32">Can't get a Perl script to run on 
Win32 (perhaps a CGI script on Apache Win32)? It was almost certainly 
written for unix - and win32 doesn't like flock() much. Try getting rid of 
all flock's. Works almost every time..</tip>
