I would think that if something like this (which is going back to court
December 27) is going to have any effect, it needs to stir things up and
get attention quick. IMO, eToys-sucks.com has a better chance of getting
noticed than *watch.org. But it might be a good idea for future projects
(which I think is what Matt was referring to anyway ;-).
