I agree. Maximum public exposure is the way to go. To do that, we have to
make sure the media don't forget about the story. The question then is, how
to keep it in the media.
Other than that, the website should provide tools and information for
consumers and concerned netizens who want to help. Automated complaint
emailers are one way, but there needs to be more. Perhaps a handbook
approach - for people who want to get involved and get heard.

Yes, the other suggestions would really be for a more long-term
organisation/site.
May I suggest, any websites should clearly acknowledge "etoys" as a
registered trademark - we don't want litigation our way too!
(remember we don't dispute the "etoys" mark, we dispute its bearing on the
"etoy" mark and its implications for the domain name)
