[thelist] Hmmm... interesting

It would be easy to set up a Bulletin Board if someone has cgi access.  If
nobody wants to jump in, I can host the bulletin board on my server if
enough people think it's needed.  Just let me know.  I'm NOT a graphic
person so I'd like a little help with volunteer graphics for it.

Let me hear from a few of y'all and it'll be up in a day.
