[thelist] Stop Word, Excel, PDF loading into browser

AFAIK, this is a client side preference. Something in windows browsers
with 'always open this type of file with XXXX application'. 

If you have them delete the mime types from their preferences, it will
always ask them if they want to save or open.

If ya need, more info, just yell..
