Looks like I can't force the Save dialog, so I'll have to just clutter 
things with some help text about how to save rather than open.

So here's one for the Mac people:  Whats the Mac equivalent of 
right-clicking on a link (to get the Save Target As)?

It was something like control-click or apple-click or something..  can 
someone help?
