Actually, I just found in my bookmarks a better reference for Perl DBI,
here is :

The thing to remember is to ensure that you properly register the DB in
the windows ODBC, through your webservers conrol panel. If you have any
other questions ask!

Or the more tested perl module for Access use is the WIN32:ODBC.
Just remember there are limits to what Access can do (It does not
conform all SQL standards).
