[thelist] reorg & redesign at the same time?

I'd agree with Jeff here. If the need is there, the two really
go together. Architecture and navigation can really help to define
and drive the design of the site. If the design is done first
it may have to be significantly altered to accommodate the new
organization.
If that happens, the new org can end up looking and feeling sort
of like an afterthought rather than an integral part of the
overall design.
Add to that confusion and the added work and it seems a clear
decision, indeed.
