[thelist] Help I've been banned

Hi:

I think I may have done something stupid.  I created 250 "doorway" 
pages myself then made a page that contained links to all of them, 
and submitted it to the search engines.  Then I read that they 
consider that "spamming" their index.

I'm not listed on ALL the search engines now.  Do you think they 
banned me?  Can I fix it?
