[thelist] mail account application

True, but you run into authentication problems - you
start getting people having to log in an extra time.

We're looking at CDO for some intranet-y things like
to guarantee form->email delivery, and can't get
authenticated access to the Exchange box unless
the user logs in separately (even though they're already
logged into an NT domain, which can control the ACL
for secure projects etc). And most of our users won't
log in twice without getting worried/annoyed/likely to
bother the helpdesk.

I understand that there are fixes in Exchange2k which
will improve matters

Cheers
Martin

Plus you gave to get your messaging people to talk to your web people.
Not pretty in some cases.
