The problem is all the aligning that you're doing with those top two images.
If you delete everything in the cell but that menu graphic, take out the <p
align=center> AND move the "align=left" attribute from the <img> tag to the
<td> tag, it lines up. I think you need to either break down that cell or
nest a couple of tables to get things lined up.
