Anthony,

Can you stop/restart the Web Server that your trying to add the Virtual
Sub Directories too?
I've found that IIS will hold files in cache (not a documented feature
but it exists, and is only controlable from the system registery) and
not properly release them unless you either stop making requests for the
files for at least a couple of minutes or either stop/restart the
specific website.

The only things I can come up with at the moment.
