[thelist] drop-down + open new browser window

    hello, people!

    in my soon-to-be-alive portfolio site, i will have a little
drop-down with two language options: english and portuguese (my native
language). it is a simples javascript drop-down that calls a file when
the user chooses between the languages. (it's @

    the thing is that i want this drop-down to call a new browser
window, with 650 width and 350 height, and not a frameset (like it
does now). since i am pretty messed up with it (and i know it must be
quite simple, dumb me) i decided to scream for help!

    anyone? =)
