from "All around the world" by the RHCP If I'm correct.

Well, I'm not going to give it away completely but the plan I had was
selling the license for a lot of money or sell it for just a few bucks and
then making the customization the part where they have to pay. I could also
give it away for free and then still make money off of customizing it. Any
tips on cashing in on something like this are more than welcome, because I
did intend to either sell or license it to compensate for the time and money
that I put into it.

Yes, I could just start "re"writing the docs. It's a really exciting
undertaking and absolutely not easy to implement, but the structure I have
(had) can certainly be useful to others.

Then on the other hand, if there are any patent guys on the list?

It has a certain feature that's very new and I haven't found a single other
auction site, even though it's fairly obvious. I know it's bad netiquette,
but just releasing this feature to the public would make my lose my main
advantage. That's why I would need to put it in a separate professional
edition or something. I would be willing to give it away for free and even
start incorporating templates which it currently lacks ( intentionally done
so regarding the customization idea ) if someone could help me out with my
idea.

Well, I'll start working on the tutorial sometime soon and I'll see about
the rest.

BTW, merry christmas to whomever reads this, as this list has been _really_
quiet the last 12 hours.
