I've used Mdaemon (http://www.mdaemon.com) with WorldClient with much
success.  It allows you to plug in headers and footers and graphics to
customize it however you want; it's very powerful, and pretty easy to set up
and administer.  And although I haven't tried it, I'll bet it would be
possible to use active content (ASP, CF) in your header/footer templates...

I've had nothing but good fortune with it.
