Buyers/Consumers with a medium where they can list on-line what they are 
looking for, and allow Sellers/Offerers to submit offers on-line, bidding 
down the price to earn the business.

Currently we are looking for Web Designer/Graphic Artist

This position requires excellent design skills and complete competency with 
industry standard graphics tools.
Applicants must have a thorough understanding of Web GUI and typography, as 
well as iconography. The candidate must be familiar with all relevant 
software packages from Adobe and Macromedia. In addition, s/he must have a 
working knowledge of HTML and its limitations.
The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years interactive design experience and 
be able to submit recent URLs for review. S/he must also be able to juggle 
several projects at once, meet tight deadlines with grace and finesse and 
work comfortably in a highly collaborative team environment.
