The possible answer to your question may not be the most correct but
I'll give it to the list so anyone else may venture further comments.
With the available data this would be something in the 24 to 48 hours
work time depending on how streamlined it has to be. If bandwidth is not
a major concern then 24 hours should do the job with time to spare. But
if you need to optimize the photos and if you want spiffy interaction
then add another 24 hours. 
With this in mind just multiply by your hourly rate and you've got it.
As an example for something like this I would charge between 1.200 and
3.000 euro.
