That particular site is mirroring information from MacMillan's website.
Still violating a big pile of copyright laws, to be sure, but they're just
grabbing content, not creating it.
I went looking for the original on MacMillan's site, and they've moved it to
http://www.informit.com
where there are lots of books available in their entirety in HTML, some for
free (like the book above) and some where you get selected chapters once you
sign up. They also have "Teach Yourself Oracle 8 in 21 Days" in its entirety
for free. I can't tell if those free books rotate in and out or not. It
looks like they might just stay there, because there's some marketing blurb
about being able to access the books no matter where you are, rather than
carry it around, blah, blah, blah...

Not necessarily the easiest to print, and yeah unless you have a duplexing
printer, you'll go through scads of paper, but the book above lists at
39.95USD. I don't know about other countries, but that means that I could
save at least $30 if I wanted to devote the time to printing. More
interesting for me, though, is that you can have the book online on your own
machine.
Of course, I wouldn't ever do that, because in their Terms of Use and
Copyright statement, it says quite explicitly that the material may not be
downloaded or distributed in any manner without express written permission
from MCP...wait I just cached that page! Ack!
