Sound kinda strange coming from you, but I do agree. HTML can also be
"streamed". Flash might be useful if there are a lot of "surrounding"
special effects, but otherwise I'd suggest plain HTML to them. I'd prefer
that myself (cuz I'd put it into a database and pull it out with a CGI :)
