[thelist] Configuring Perl on NT/IIS4.0

Got the script from cgi-resources.com, but yes, did the install myself. My
background is Network Engineering/Admin, I've done over 500 server installs
so adding a little script engine isn't all that big of a deal :-). Gonna
check out their other tools when I return from my Honeymoon. See ya'll in a
couple weeks and I'm not going to put my out of office on :-) Don't want to
be like those twinks that go on vaca and don't filter mailing lists from the
autoreply :-)
