hmmm.... the good ole question. :)

it differs.

flash bothers the user w/ all these streams which keep
you from streaming. Flash can't be printed. Flash
can't be saved. Flash, misused, may be more heavier
than a classic page, without so much interaction.
Flash don't allow you to make dynamic content (unless
you have generator)

i do flash, but only when i can't change the client's
mind.

i prefer degradable pages, CSS, Dhtml, and take a look
at SVG. Dhtml CAN do the same things as flash.
