If you'd take the time to do the content,
I could produce a script around a form where you would select each property
of the Contract.

E.g. you could select a Fixed Price Contract or one Based on an Hourly Rate.
Then if you'd've selected Hourly Rate you could subselect a Maximum Price
etc. . . .
