[thelist] Contract Outline URL (was A Standard etc...)

O.K. look I'm sorry I've been so coy about this to
date.  Here's an outline of what I've done:

(Martin this is the full "chuck in everything I can 
think of" version and not the "oops I've started a 
job and now it's nearly finished and it's time to 
send an invoice, but I'm sure there's something 
I've forgotten - oh s#*t, it's the contract!" version 
I sent you.)

Paragraph headings only - I've removed the actual 
clauses as many sections were still in the cut-and-
pasted-but-not-yet-paraphrased-from-other-
(possibly-copyright)-models stage - and besides many of 
the sections were rather long (e.g in the case of 
'Standards compliance and browser behaviour' 
it stretches to 10 clauses and they're still multiplying!)

Finally, (and this is really asking for trouble I know but
anyway) please don't root around the rest of that site, 
as it's the usual no-time-to-finish-my-own type thing 
and of no possible interest to anyone!
