[thelist] re : clean up that code

free and open app developped from W3C's tidy.
Lots of plugin php, xsl, vb, c..all you might want AND
with functions dictionnaries.

i used to have it always open near my homesite. And
the new version i just discovered makes me think about
dropping the ole Allaire.
