BBEdit Lite or BBEdit full version (currently at 5.1)

If BBEdit fill version you have a POWERFUL set of tools right under your
nose -- you might want to take them for a spin.
	Markup > Utilities > Format > Gentle Hierarchical
	Markup > Utilities > Format > Normalize Tag Case 
	Markup > Check > Document Syntax

They're the best tools I can think of to clean up code.
