Shouldn't be a problem. Since you can produce RealAudio from a live source,
producing from analog audio tape shouldn't be any different. If you want to
clean up the sound first, you will need to save it as a WAV file, or some
other compatible format. For further info, see the RealProducer guide

661). I can't offer an informed opinion about requesting DAT or some other
digital medium, but it wouldn't seem to be necessary, especially since it
would put an additional, ongoing expense (e.g., blank DAT tapes) on your
client.
