[thelist] Web-Based Email?

I'm not sure this is an option.. but if you have the space, popmail boxes
and CGI-access go to www.cgi-resources.com - you can get various webmail
programs for free.. I was particularly impressed by one.. though it all
depends what you want.
I had a look, but I don't have that kind of space on my hosting service :(
