[thelist] adding behaviors to DW templated pages

I complained of the same thing a while back and somebody suggested moving
Dreamweaver's editable region tag. Try it and see if it works. Or you could
just put the script block in the body of the HTML document. Not the
prettiest or most elegant solution but it will work (having done it several
times before).

using Dreamweaver templates, so there is only a few little editable regions,
and the page title is the only one in the <head>.  so now i'm trying to add
in some behaviors (known to the rest of us as javascript)
